Ranking criteria

Every tool is scored on the same five factors:

1. Real-estate specificity — built for agents vs. generic tool with a real-estate page.
2. Price transparency — public pricing beats "talk to sales."
3. Feature depth — what it actually does, verified against the vendor's own docs.
4. Setup effort — hours to value for a working agent, not a tech team.
5. Trial availability — can you try before you buy?

Pricing is re-verified monthly. Stale pages get flagged, not silently left up.

Money & disclosure

• Featured listings are labeled and appear above editorial rankings. They never change the rankings.
• VoiceAgent is our product. It appears in this directory under the same criteria as everything else. We'd rather disclose it loudly than have you find out later.
• Some outbound links may earn us a referral fee. It doesn't affect rankings.

Who runs this
